We hosted tryouts for our All-Star Cheer program on Saturday, May 13. We are SO thankful for all the interest that was showed! We are happy to introduce to you our Senior and Youth squads for the 2023-2024 season!

Gem City has 23 athletes advancing to USTA Nationals in Springfield, Illinois, after qualifying at the 2023 USTA Southern Illinois State Championships. Nationals will be held from June 18-24.

Troy Lucas loved this gym and the people in it. His weekly lesson became a part of his routine that helped him become more social, more brave, more talkative, and less inhibited by his own differing abilities.

The Gem City Diamonds at the U.S. Finals competed in Virginia Beach on May 5! They delivered a routine that HIT ZERO, meaning the squad had no major deductions, earned 5th place in the nation for the Junior Level 1 Elite Division.

Gem City’s younger all-star cheer squad, Gem City Diamonds, is headed to Nationals May 5-7 in Virginia Beach, Virginia! The squad qualified for Nationals after attending their first invitational of the season in Indianapolis!

Gem City’s Level 7 gymnasts, Sylvia Winking & Eden Mayes, competed at the USAG Level 7 Regional Championships in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on April 23 after previously qualifying at State.

The 2023 USTA Southern Illinois State Championships are in the books! The Gem City Tumbling Team had 26 tumblers complete and we now have 24 National Qualifiers and 7 State Champions.

Gem City is pumped to offer three cheer clinics this summer! Each will be a one-hour clinic for athletes between the ages of 6-18.
