Gem City’s Level 4 gymnasts had a great meet season with 6 athletes qualifying to advance to the USAG Illinois State Championships. The meet will be hosted by Gym Etc. on March 12-14 in Bourbonnais, Illinois.
Congratulations to our Level 3 gymnastics team as ALL of them qualified and are advancing to State. Our Level 3 athletes practice up to three times a week at practice and then usually attend one-on-one lessons throughout the season to perfect certain skills.
The St. Louis Classic was our gymnastics team last invitational of the season this past weekend. We are incredibly proud of our girls and their resilience this season. Also, we’re very excited to attend the many state meets ahead!
Mardi Gras Invitational in St. Charles, MO. was a fun weekend for our gymnastics team!
Our gymnastics team had their second competition of the season last weekend in Lombard, Illinois, at the Bravo Classic.
Gem City’s gymnastics team competed in their first competition of the 2020-2021 season this past weekend at the Hy-Vee Arena in Kansas City, MO. The team was very excited to compete as their last competition was March 2020.
It’s been a very weird competitive season for Gem City’s teams (our season started June 2020), but we still took a moment to document and celebrate these hard-working, student athletes with team photos.
We are pumped and excited to announce that fall classes will begin on August 22! Several safety procedures have been put in place and we look forward to welcoming back athletes for our 16-week Fall session from August 22 to December 19.
👏 We will be allowing anyone that was enrolled in our Spring session to enroll in one of the make-up classes listed below. With eight weeks of summer left, this is a great opportunity to get some of our athletes back into the gym to make-up for classes missed and already paid for.
We won’t be doing summer classes, but Gem City will still be doing plenty! Check out what’s happening below!
