Station 4 – Trampoline

Beginner Skill – Straight Jumps

  1. Put your arms up above your head straight
  2. Squeeze your legs together
  3. Do five straight jumps in a row 

Immediate Skill – Tuck Jumps

  1. Put your feet together
  2. Jump while bringing your knees to your belly
  3. Do this three times 

Advanced Skill – Straddle Jumps

  1. Put your feet together with your arms out to the side
  2. Jump while bringing your legs apart
  3. Land with your feet together
