Installment Payment Option Returns for Spring Session

We’ve heard your feedback about our payment policy, and we’re excited to announce changes that will make gymnastics more accessible for all our families.

Starting with the spring session, we’re returning to our two-installment payment plan:

• First installment (50% of tuition + registration fee if applicable): Due first day of class
  • Important: Payment must be initiated by you in the Parent Portal or by paying directly in the Pro Shop.
• Second installment (remaining 50%): Due March 1
  • If payment is not received:
    • A 15% late fee will be added to your account.
    • Your card on file will be automatically charged for the full amount plus late fee on March 2.

We understand that flexibility in payment options helps our families better manage their budgets, especially following the holiday season. While the Parent Portal continues to be a valuable tool for managing your account online, this payment adjustment allows us to better serve your needs.

1. Please log into your Parent Portal to review and accept the updated payment policy.
   • All customers will need to review and accept the new payment policy if you enrolled for spring classes prior to this policy change.
