December 2021 Newsletter
It’s hard to believe that 2021 is wrapping up! But we still have a few quick reminders for you before we all welcome in 2022.
1️⃣ Get your digital gift cards now!
You can send a digital gift card in any amount you choose to your special athlete, friend, family member, or yourself! Digital gift cards will only be available for purchase in December 2021 and do not expire.

Digital gift cards can be redeemed for pro shop merchandise, open gym admission, preschool playtime admission, or birthday party reservations. You can purchase multiple ones to send to different recipients, and you can schedule them to even be delivered via email on a future date!
2️⃣ Preschool Playtime continues during the winter break.
We are OPEN for Preschool Playtime Wednesday, December 22, and Wednesday, December 29
3️⃣ Thank you, Quincy Children’s Museum.
We’re sending a million thank you to our partner, the Quincy Children’s Museum, for co-hosting our last Open Gym in December. The kids loved all the cool exhibits set up. Learn more about the Quincy Children’s Museum.
4️⃣ We are fully stocked with new leotard designs!
We just got two new shipments of leotards this month, so pop in for some holiday shopping. Also, don’t forget that we offer gift certificates that can be used for class tuition or merchandise in Gem City’s Pro Shop.
Thank you so much for all the fun 2021. We hope you’ve noticed some of the improvements around the gym as we head into 2022. Just since the last newsletter, we’ve added eight new mats and updated the rock wall in the kinder gem area.

The last day of the fall session is Saturday, December 18. Thank you so much for the great session!
😊 Plan for Spring
Registration for spring session classes has begun! Be sure to take a look at Gem City’s class schedule and stop in or call 217.224.8491. Spring classes will start Monday, January 3 and run until Saturday, May 14. Act quickly for the best chance to get your preferred day and time.
🆕 Consider Paying Using Cash App
We are now accepting Cash App as an official form of payment! This is just yet another convenient way for you to pay. We still accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

📚 Keep Hitting Those Books
The Good Grades Drawing for the 2nd quarter will take place on February 2. Read about our first winner, Aria Miller. Our Good Grades Quarterly Drawing is one of our favorite projects because the drawing encourages our athletes to work as hard in the classroom as they do in the gym.
