Happy Thanksgiving! Our most important newsletter note is this: You can now sign up for spring classes!
🚨 Registration for spring session classes has begun! Be sure to take a look at Gem City’s class schedule and stop in or call 217.224.8491. Spring classes will start Monday, January 3 and run until Saturday, May 14. Act now to get your preferred day and time.
🎄 Wrapping Up the Session in Fun: The last day of the fall session is Saturday, December 18. Thank you so much for the great session! The last week of the session, December 13, will be FESTIVE WEEK, so dress up for the holidays or wear that ugly sweater! Let’s make the last week of class extra fun!
🎉 New Foam. Who Dis? We have added exactly 2,880 new foam blocks to our pit! The new charcoal blocks have made the pit fluffier and higher. Check out the picture below.

Notes of November

🗓 Scheduled Breaks
Gem City will be closed for Thanksgiving Wednesday, November 24 – Sunday, November 28. We WILL be hosting Preschool Playtime and birthday parties during this break, and this break is included in the overall schedule so no make-up classes are needed.
The gym is closed December 19 – January 1 for classes. During this time we WILL still be hosting Preschool Playtime (Dec 22 and Dec 29) and we will still be hosting birthday parties. We will be in and out of the office daily, so feel free to call with any questions or registrations.
🆕 Consider Paying Using Cash App
We are now accepting Cash App as an official form of payment! This is just yet another convenient way for you to pay. We still accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
👋 Last Day of the Session
The last day of the fall session is Saturday, December 18. Thank you so much for the great session!

🎁 Shop Small. Shop Local. Shop Gymnastics.
We just got a new shipment of leotards last week and we have another one coming next week, so pop in for some holiday shopping. Also, don’t forget that we offer gift certificates that can be used for class tuition or merchandise in Gem City’s Pro Shop.

We are super excited for Gem City’s next open gym on Friday, December 3 because we are partnering with the Quincy Children’s Museum. They will be setting up special activities! Here’s the Facebook event.
