Numerous November Wins for Gem City

We saw a lot of success in November so far! Both the gymnastics team and cheer squad had competitions and performed well.

The gymnastics team competed at the Judges Cup on November 8-9 in Bourbannais, Illinois. It was their second meet of the season. The Level 3 and Level 4 teams placed first!

The cheer squad competed on November 2 in St. Louis. It was their season opener and they placed first.

They followed up the success at the Iowa Showdown this weekend in Des Moines, where they got first and won the Sportsmanship Award! That’s two competitions in and two first place routines! Way to go girls! I think we’re most proud that Sportsmanship Award!
